Our Process
The difference between a clean boat and a professional detail or shrink wrap is in the meticulous attention to details.

Boat Detailing
Boat detailing can be confusing for even the most seasoned boat owners. To help guide and inform you, here is our process:
Wet Sanding: We will use various grits of sandpaper depending on how severe scratches or oxidation is. Example: a heavily oxidized boat may require multiple sanding steps. 400 grit, 600 grit, 800 grit, and finish with 1000 grit wet sanding. After this process, the boat must be compounded (also known to boaters as “buffed”).
Compounding “Buffing” with Wool pad: This step is designed to remove light scratches and light/moderate oxidation. With our rotary machines, we use a heavy cut compound paired with a wool pad. We use only the highest quality compounds and wool to ensure a beautiful and even first pass. This step is extremely important to get right.
Machine Polishing: Every gelcoat is different, so we have multiple high end polish to pair with clients need. This step requires a dual action polisher that removes any swirls from previous compounding step. Polishing gelcoat is where the clarity and shine come to life.
Machine application of polymer sealant: We have stepped away from waxes! Polymer sealants have hydrophobic properties like wax, produce a beautiful shine, and also last up to 6 months! This is a great alternative for clients who aren’t quite ready to dive into the “ceramic” coatings, yes we offer ceramics too!
Hand removal : After application of sealant , time to remove. All by hand using quality microfiber cloths.
Interior Details: Deep cleaned washed and hand dried. Bright work hand polished, Glass cleaned and treated, all surfaces protected with sealants with hydrophobic properties. Non skid deep cleaned and sealed. Vinyl cleaned/protected and stain extraction available. Carpets shampooed. Water spot removal. Compartments/heads/storage spaces detailed.

Boat Shrinkwrap
We build custom frames specific to the needs of each boat, while doing hand strung support strapping to create optimum angles for snow / elements to slide off wrap. We use proper placement of ventilation and moisture absorbers to reduce likelihood of mold growth

Protection from the elements. Shrink wrap provides a barrier between your boat and the elements, protecting it from rain, snow, sun, wind, and other harsh weather conditions. This can help to prevent damage to your boat's hull, deck, and other surfaces.
Prevention of mildew and mold. Moisture is one of the biggest enemies of boats, as it can lead to the growth of mildew and mold. Shrink wrap helps to keep moisture away from your boat, preventing these problems from occurring.

Extended life of your boat. By protecting your boat from the elements, shrink wrap can help to extend its life. This is because it prevents damage that can be caused by weathering, such as fading, cracking, and corrosion.
Increased resale value. A well-maintained boat is more likely to sell for a higher price than one that is not. Shrink wrapping your boat is a great way to show potential buyers that you have taken good care of it.
We only use the highest grade 7 mil industrial shrink wrap
